Certified Irrigated Acres: Natural Resources District records indicate 145.13 acres. Sargent Irrigation District records indicate 25.3 surface water acres under contract at $13.50 per acre water assessment and $26 per acre water toll.

FSA Information: FSA records indicate 142.65 cropland acres with 47.07 base acres of corn.

Well Information: Nebraska Department of Natural Resources indicates Well #G-135429 was drilled on 6-27-2005, 300’ depth with 9’ static level, 65’ pumping level, pumping 900 gpm. Well #G-177515 was drilled on 9-1-2015, 80’ depth with 28’ static level.

Improvements: Include a 2005 8 tower Reinke pivot with 38” tires, Rams II control box, end gun, booster pump and US 50hp electric motor.
