Land Location: Tract 1: From Sargent, Nebraska travel 4 miles south on Hwy 183 to Tract 1 on the west side of road and marked by Wolf Auction signs.
2017 Real Estate Taxes: Tract 1: $2,454.14 (Estimated). Tract 2: $5,094.54. Tract 3: $1,745.80.
Improvements: Tract 1: One dam, pens and tank. Tract 2: Three tanks and another shared tank, two ponds, one windmill (as is), cross fences. Tract 3: One pond and one tank.
