Land Location: From Burwell, NE go north on Highways #11 & #91 and take the first left onto Windy Hill Road and travel two miles north to Tract C on the west side of the graveled county road. Tract D is located on the north side of Pebble Creek Road, one mile west of the intersection of Windy Hill and Pebble Creek roads.

Legal Description: Tract C: Part of Section 2-21-16, Tract D: Part of Section 2 & 3-21-16 all in Garfield County, Nebraska with full legal survey to be completed by closing.
