Legal Description: The Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 6 West of the 6th P.M., Boone County, Nebraska.

Acres: 154.35+/- tax assessed acres.

2020 RE Taxes: $6,280.52.

Improvements: 2020 Zimmatic center pivot only used one summer, 1000 & 300 gallon diesel fuel tanks, Cummins PX85 power unit with Amarillo gearhead.

Water Information: Nebraska Department of Natural Resources indicates Well #G-072331 was drilled 2-20-1990, 299’ depth with 126’ static level, 210’ pumping level, pumping 775 gpm.
