Well Information: Nebraska Department of Natural Resources indicates Well #G-106919 was drilled on 7-26-2000, 150’ depth with 22’ static level, 31’ pumping level, pumping 15 gpm.

Improvements: Recent five wire fence on the north and east sides with four wire fence on the balance.

Broker's Comments: This pasture is sandy based with no blow outs noted. The property has great access with county roads on two sides. It offers recreational potential with the property lying just a half mile north of the Middle Loup River. There is a good amount of shade leaf trees at the northwest entrance and power located at the entrance.
